Delivery Schedule

Thank you very much for placing pre-orders.
We regret to inform you that we have to split the deliveries which were scheduled for autumn 2015 due to the huge number of orders we received. We divide them into three groups.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

◆For the customers who placed pre-orders ：

The First Delivery
The delivery will start from Saturday, October 31st, 2015
For the customers who placed pre-orders from Saturday, November 22nd ～
Monday, November 24th, 2014

*If you chose In-Store Pick-up, the store will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
*It will take about 2 weeks for us to complete shipping for all the customers who chose to make the orders delivered to their home.

The Second Delivery
The delivery will start from 13:00 ～ on Saturday, November 28th, 2015
For the customers who placed pre-orders from Tuesday, November 25th ～
Thursday, December 18th, 2014

*If you chose In-Store Pick-up, the store will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
*It will take about 2 weeks for us to complete shipping for all the customers who chose to make the orders delivered to their home.

The Third Delivery
The delivery will start from Saturday, December 26th, 2015
For the customers who placed pre-orders from Friday, December 19th, 2014 ～
Sunday, January 18th, 2015

*If you chose In-Store Pick-up, the store will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
*It will take about 2 weeks for us to complete shipping for all the customers who chose to make the orders delivered to their home.
