●Tenshi-no-Sato Kachu-an and Tenshi-no-Mado Harajuku Omotesando will not accept pre-orders or item pick-up requests. We thank you for your understanding.
●If you want to place a pre-order at a store location, please fill out an application form and submit it to the Volks staff.
●An in-store pre-order will be fulfilled on the condition of paying a down payment for a Dollfie Dream® (¥5,000 without tax, each) and/or Dress Set (¥1,000 without tax, each), or by pre-paying the full invoice amount.
●There is no limit to the number of pre-order for each customer.
●You may choose to pick up your order at the store which you placed your pre-order, arrange to pick up your order at another Volks store of your designation, or have your order delivered to your home (shipping charged separately). The delivery to your home is only available when your order has been pre-paid in full.
●A shipping cost of ¥1,000 (without tax) will be charged for Dollfie Dream® pre-orders, and ¥800 (without tax) will be charged for pre-orders that include only Dress Set.
If a pre-order include more than 4 Dollfie Dream®, extra shipping cost will be charged.
●Volks Points will be conferred when we receive your payment in full.
●Please be aware that your down payment will be kept as a cancellation fee if you cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding.
●If you choose to pre-order via down payment, additional payment will not be accepted after your pre-order has been placed and before your items are ready for pickup. When your items are ready, please pay the remaining balance promptly when requested.
