Dolls Party 13 After Event Pre-Order
This Dolls Party 13 International After Event is only for the oversea customers.
Please register at the Volks web site (free) in advance.
We accept credit card payment (American Express, VISA, and MasterCard) only.
Please login and follow the instruction.
Pre-ordering Process
| 1. | Login and pre-order. * Check the box of your wishing item(s) and place “Pre-order”. * One entry per products per customer. |
| 2. | Pre-order confirmation email is sent to the customers. * Please read the payment guidance carefully and keep the given receipt number for further process. * No cancellation is accepted after pre-order is completed. |
| 3. | Login and make payment. * We accept only American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. * All the prices include handling charge. |
| 4. | Payment confirmation email is sent to the customers after the payment. * No cancellation or change of order is accepted after the payment. |
| 5. | Delivery confirmation email is sent to the customers. * Your order is delivered to the registered address only. * EMS tracking number is sent with email. * NO combination of several orders is available. * No gift wrapping service is available. * Claim for defective items is accepted within seven days from the date of delivery. * The shopping information is held under the circumstances as follows.

- B. It is held for twenty minutes from the last move.
- C. It is cancelled when web page is closed or when the computer is shut down
