How to participate in the event

How to participate in the event through VOLKS Website Store

• It is different from the way to participate in the event at each store. For the details, please check the “After Event” special site in the VOLKS Website Store.
• Purchase at VOLKS Website Store

Sales Method at each store (only within Japan)

• The admission will be decided by lottery or a first-come-first-served basis in each store.
  Please come to the event according to the schedule of each store.
• * Before visiting us, please check the “Business days” and “Opening hours” of the store of your interest.
• In the stores that the admission is decided by lottery, the lottery will be taken place at designated time, and admission will be decided by the lottery number you draw.
• * Admission Lottery cannot guarantee you to get the items.

Notice (Participating Agreement)

• * Lining up all night for admission is strictly forbidden, there is the case that we reject to offer items to the customer who lined up all night. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.
• * In the stores that the admission is decided by lottery, the customers who participated in the lottery are given priority for entering the store. For those customers did not draw a lottery, it may take time to wait for admission according to the degree of crowdedness inside store.
• * Customers cannot transfer, resell or exchange the lottery ticket and purchasing ticket, or both the lottery ticket and purchasing ticket will be invalid.
• * Each customer can purchase one of each item. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
• * Due to the crowdedness during the event, it may take time for us to provide service to you. We appreciate your understanding.
• * The participating method may be changed without notice according to the circumstances of the event on the day. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask the staff in the store. Please pay attention to the announcement when participate in the event.
