Notice of temporary unavailability of our services for Dollfie® items

Thank you very much for your support of VOLKS INC.
As our Doll Department staff members will be away for "Dolls Party in LA 3 -2017-", some services become unavailable for a certain time.

We apology for the inconvenience it may cause you.
Your kind understanding is appreciated.

From August 31st (Thu) to September 10th (Sun), 2017, the services listed below will be unavailable.

Doll Design Department After-Sales Service section
  • Services Unavailable:
  •   We cannot reply to inquiries by phone calls or e-mails
  •   We cannot inspect, repair, or exchange defected items
*You can make an inquiry or apply for After Service at VOLKS Stores. Please note that it will take one or two weeks longer to return your item during this period.
*Usually we ask our customers to send us an inquiry about defective item within 2 weeks of purchase. This time, we set a two-week dead line excluding the period mentioned above.

Super Dollfie® Parts-Exchange Service (Available to Japan residents only)
  • Services Unavailable:
  •   We cannot reply to inquiries by phone calls or e-mails
  •   We cannot check our stock
  •   We cannot send you a notification of the arrival of your items
  •   We cannot accept items directly sent to us
*You can make an inquiry or apply for Parts-Exchange Service at VOLKS Stores. Please note that it will take one or two weeks longer to send your item during this period.

Super Dollfie® Satogaeri Service (Available to Japan residents only)
  • Services Unavailable:
  •   We cannot reply to inquiries by phone calls or e-mails
*You can make an inquiry or apply for Satogaeri Service at VOLKS Stores or Tenshi-no-Sato Beauty Salon as usual.
*Time needed to complete the service remains unchanged.

Tenshi-no-Sumika / Mado / Sato
Selling your goods (outfits / accessories) on consignment basis (Available to Japan residents only)
  • Services Unavailable:
  •   We cannot reply to inquiries by phone calls or e-mails
  •   We cannot examine your goods or register them
*You can make an inquiry, apply for it, or adjust an account at Tenshi-no-Sumika / Mado / Sato.

Kyoto VOLKS Head Office / Customers Service
  • Service Unavailable:
  •   We cannot reply to inquiries by phone calls or e-mails
*You can make an inquiry at VOLKS Store. Please note it may take longer for us to send you a reply.
