On this page, you can perform the Web user password re-issue.
Once the procedure is completed, a new password will automatically be sent to your email address.
We will confirm the identification of a person who are taking the password re-issue procedure to make sure that you are the one who have been registered. Please type the answer to the question in the "Password hint" you inputted when you registered as a Web user. If you did not set the "Password hint" when you registered as a Web user, you can not perform the password re-issue.
