Volks accepts the return of merchandise on Volks
Website only when it is marked or damaged on delivery, when incorrect
merchandise is
sent, or when Volks accepts the return otherwise. You are required
to notify the Volks support center of the return or exchange of merchandise
within 7 days from the day you receive it. You agree that the return
or exchange of merchandise after 8 days is not accepted. Please be
sure to return everything included with the merchandise. |
