Pre-Order Payment

An email containing information will be sent to all customers who placed a pre-order.

  • * We will send an email containing information regarding payment procedures to all customers who placed a pre-order during the pre-order periods.
  • * To complete your purchase, please follow through with the procedures outlined in the email to confirm your payment method and shipping address.
  • * Please note that if you are making payment with credit card, your card will be charged in early June.

Regarding Schedule Info and Project Details
  • * Along with the cancellation closure date, the payment start date has also been decided!
  • * The schedule and details are our current plans only. Please note that as the project progresses there is the possibility that details may change.
  • * In the event that the schedule or details change, the main page will be updated accordingly.
  • * Pre-Orders will be taken via an Order Sheet method. Rather than the normal Shopping Cart sales, applications will be accepted via a special pre-order page. Please refer to the Order Sheet here.
  • * All orders received during the pre-order periods will be fulfilled. We will deliver all items to every customer who completes their purchase.
  • * During the pre-order period, each customer may pre-order up to two of each item.
  • * To complete purchase of your items, you will need to carry out the pre-order payment procedures from May 5th onwards. Please understand that you must carry out these procedures within the noted timeframe (by the end of June 1st).To complete your purchase of the items, you will need to follow through with the payment procedures that will be outlined in late April (scheduled). Please be aware in advance that these procedures must be carried out within a specific timeframe. When details regarding the timeframe and such have been decided they will be posted on this page.
  • * We will accept cancellation for any pre-orders from the ordered date until April 26th.We will accept cancellations for pre-orders from the date of order until mid April. Details regarding the cancellation period will be available via this page as well as in the mail sent to those customers who place pre-orders.
  • * If you cancel your order, it is possible to place a new order if a pre-order period is still open. However please be aware that whether you receive the pre-order bonus will depend on the time period that you place your new pre-order.
  • * Please note that if you cancel your order and the order period has already closed, you cannot place your order again.
 Regarding Pre-Order Procedures
Regarding Item Shipping
  • * Items are scheduled to be shipped from mid July onwards.
  • * All overseas orders will be shipped by EMS. The shipping cost will depend on both your shipping location and the total weight of your order. The shipping cost will not be shown at the time of pre-order. Please confirm the shipping cost when making payment.
  • * These items cannot be collected at store locations.
  • * After shipping has been completed, you will receive a 'Shipping Completion' notification email. This email will including your tracking number.
  • * Only customers who place orders during pre-order periods can order the DD outfit set 'Nia's Hoodie Set'.
  • * The outfit set is DD (M bust) sized.
  • * Please note that the item will not be available for sale at any other time.
  • * The outfit set does not include DD Nia.
