- Overseas customers can not apply for the lottery on the VOLKS Japanese language web site.They can only apply for lottery here on the English language web site.
- One entry per item per customer.
- Combining of orders is NOT available.
- The schedule is different depending on the items.
- Please login before the event starts to make your shopping experience easier.
Please help us to make this online event a smooth experience for everyone.
In order to avoid inconveniencing other customers, please do NOT do the following:
- Keep items in your shopping cart with no intent to purchase them.
- Order the same item with multiple user accounts. (either by yourself or as a group)
- Place orders using software or programs.
Please keep the following in mind:
