Important Things to Note About the Web Lottery Event

  • We will accept entries in our lottery event on from 17:00 on March 26 until 10:00 on April 1, Japan Time.
  • Not everyone who enters the lottery will be able to win.
  • Even if you enter for multiple items, you may only win one.
  • Please note that the price displayed on the lottery application page does not include tax. To confirm the total price of the items including tax please see above.
  • When you enter, you will receive a mail from us with the subject "VOLKS Web Site Pre-order Confirmation /Pre-order Number :BA-". This is a confirmation mail of the items you entered the lottery for. It is not a confirmation that you have won the items.
  • If you win, you must follow through with the payment procedures afterwards.
  • Please be aware that the payment period is only 24 hours. Please pay promptly.
  • If you have completed an entry in the lottery, we will conclude that you intend to purchase the items you have entered for.
  • You cannot cancel your order after you have won.
  • Be sure to check that you do not make any mistakes in your order. After you have placed your order we cannot make changes to it or cancel it.
  • After the results of the lottery have been announced, please be sure to follow through with your payment no later than the cut-off date. The payment procedures are explained in the email that is sent to the winners.
  • In the event that we suspect you of unfair or dishonest practices while taking part in the lottery we may cancel your order.
  • Please do not change your shipping address after you have won the lottery.
  • If you change your address after winning the lottery we may cancel your order.
  • If you live in Japan, please enter the lottery via our Japanese website.

How to Enter the Website Lottery Event

  • Please be sure to read through the entire how-to for the lottery event right to the end.
Step 1 Please login via the Volks Website.
Step 2 Please access the main page, and then open up each order sheet for entering the lottery event.
Step 3 Please enter a check mark for each item you wish to purchase.
Step 4 Please click the button that says “enter the item lottery”.
Step 5 We will accept lottery entries from 17:00 on March 26 until 10:00 on April 1, Japan Time.
Step 6 From 12:00 on April 1st (Japan Time) onwards, we will send emails to the winners explaining the payment methods. (We intend to have all emails sent by 17:00, Japan Time)
Step 7 Please specify your payment method. Please be sure to complete payment no later than 15:00 on April 3rd. If you do not complete payment, your entry will be cancelled.
Step 8 Once you have done all of the above, your purchase is completed.
Step 9 When your items are shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment. We will ship items out in order. It may take 10-14 days to ship items to all winners.

About the Order Sheet

  • Regardless of which items you order, you can only enter once with each order sheet. You cannot enter with the same order sheet more than once.

About Acceptance of Lottery Entries

  • We will accept entries from 17:00 on March 26 until 10:00 on April 1, Japan Time
  • We will accept entries via the order sheets. (One entry per person per order sheet is allowed.)
  • Please place a check mark next to the items you wish to purchase and click the "enter the item lottery" button.
  • Please note that the price displayed on the lottery application page does not include tax. To confirm the total price of the items including tax please see above.
  • We cannot accept changes or cancellations once your entry has been placed. Please be sure to double-check your entry and make sure there are no mistakes before you submit it.
  • If you have completed an entry in the lottery, we will conclude that you intend to purchase the items you have entered for.
  • The lottery for each type of item is held separately, so you may not win all the items that you entered for. For more details please see the "About Lottery Results" section.
  • When you enter, you will receive a mail from us with the subject "VOLKS Web Site Pre-order Confirmation /Pre-order Number :BA-". This is a confirmation mail of the items you entered the lottery for. It is not a confirmation that you have won the items.

About the Lottery and the Announcement of Results

  • We will hold a separate lottery for each item, choosing winners from amongst all the applications we receive. The winners will be sent an email informing them that they have won, and explaining the payment procedures. (We intend to have all emails sent by 17:00 on April 1st, Japan Time)
  • Please be aware that it may take some time for us to send emails to all of the winners.
  • We will not send emails to those that do not win.
  • We cannot answer questions regarding how we decide the lottery results.
  • The lottery for each type of item is held separately, so you may not win all the items that you entered for. For more details please see the “About Lottery Results” section.

About Payment Procedures

  • The email sent to the winners has a cut-off date mentioned for payment. We would be very grateful if the winners would follow through with the procedures regarding their payment method and shipping address before that date.
  • If we do not receive payment by the cut-off date, we will cancel your order.
  • For orders that are cancelled, new winners will be chosen to receive those items. These new winners will receive a separate email from us.

About Lottery Results

  • We will hold separate lotteries for each item. Lottery results will conform to the following pattern.

    Example: An entry for Sheet A: Okita Sôji and Sheet C: Sasara's School Swimsuit Maid Dress Set

    Lottery Results Example A: Won Okita Sôji ( lost Sasara's School Swimsuit Maid Dress Set )
    An email outlining the winning details will be sent.
    Please confirm the lottery results via the payment page listed in the email.

    Lottery Results Example B: Won both items
    An email outlining the winning details for both Sheet A and Sheet C will be sent.
    Please confirm the lottery results via the payment page listed in the email.

    Lottery Results Example C: Lost both items
    Unfortunately, no email will be sent.

  • The email informing you that you have won will not contain the information of the items that you have won. Please confirm this information on the first page of the payment pages.
  • Please be sure to follow through with your payment no later than the cut-off date mentioned in the email informing you that you have won.
