item and for delivery, 200yen- (210yen- with tax) for COD handling
is required.

About cash payment by registered mail |

After we confirm the receipt of cash by registered mail, we
will ship your order. A 'Notice of payment received' will be sent
by mail. The date of delivery will be a shortly after.

Please be sure to include the order code, your name, telephone
number, address, order date on the website, and the total amount.
If the information is not complete, we may not be able to cope properly

This is called credit settlement of payment. If you make an order

On Volks Website, we issue points (Virtual Points) according
to the amount of product/service you purchased on the website.
The virtual points can be used as coupons for goods when you pay for
orders made throough the website. 30 points equals 1,500yen-.
