Please make a registration of WEB user first for Tenshi-no-Sato Visiting Reservation..

Only one reservation per day. No additional reservation is accepted if the reservation is already made.

Reservation is accepted by a day before the visiting day.

When you visit with accompany, please make a reservation by each own WEB user account or register the accompany information (visitors in total / name) to the reception as below.

From March, 2006 reservation, the procedure has been simplified to choose the total number of accompanies when the reservation is made.

From 2006 March reservation, the information of accompanies is not required.

Please choose any reservation number. The service is the same to any chosen number.

The reservation will be accepted when the whole procedure is completed.

In any case that the procedure is suspended, please close the window and retry the whole procedure.

The reservation number is published as the receipt number.

Please bring a copy of Confirmation Email or memo of reservation number (in case you have no printer) on the visiting day.

Please note that the visitor will be confirmed by the confirmation of reservation (i.e. a copy of the Confirmation Email) and some ID (i.e. driver’s license).

Admission could not be accepted by any chance the visitor could not prove the reservation nor the false information is given.

Cancellation should be informed to the reception as below.

*Full Choice System Order can only be shipped within Japan.
Please be advised that it cannot be shipped overseas for now.

*If you order “Sato-gaeri service”, it may take a couple of days to be completed depending on its contents. For more information, please ask VOLKS before you place your order.
