* Please check the order flow all the way from the pre-order procedures to the purchase completion.

* Step 1: Proceed with the pre-order application.

#1: Pre-Order Application Period: 12am, April 3rd to 8pm, April 20th

• * You can place your pre-order application using the above order sheet. (Up to one application per person.)
• * Please be sure to read the important information on this page, and confirm all details.
• * Place a tick in the 'Pre-Order' section for the items you wish to purchase, and select the quantity you wish you purchase.
• * Check that there are no mistake in your application details, and then click on the 'Pre-Order Application' button.

#2: A confirmation screen showing your application details will be displayed.

• * Details of the items you selected (item name, price, quantity) will be shown.
• * If there are no mistakes in the details, click the 'Next Step' button.
• * The login screen will then be displayed.

#3: The login screen (for identity confirmation) will be displayed.

• * Please enter your user account and password as registered at the Volks Website.
• * If you have not registered an account, please make a new registration.

Once the above has been carried out, your pre-order application is completed.

After applying, you will receive an "Pre-order Confirmation" Email so please confirm all details there. *

* If you do not receive this email, it is possible that all future information emails may not reach your email address.
If your email does not arrive, please inform the Website Service Center.

* If you use yahoo.com or a similar email address, the email may end up being filtered into your spam folder. In this instance, please use your provider's settings to remove the spam handling on all emails from us.

 

* Step 2: In late April, follow through with the purchase completion procedures.

#4: You will be sent an email regarding payment.

• * An email explaining payment details will be sent to the registered email address of all customers who placed a pre-order.
• * When these emails are sent, we will post a notification on this page.
• * If by chance your email does not arrive, please inform the Website Service Center.

#5: Commence Payment Procedures

• * Confirm all details in the email regarding payment.
• * Visit the special payment page noted in the email, and confirm your payment method and delivery address.
• * All overseas orders will be shipped by EMS. The shipping cost will depend on both your shipping location and the total weight of your order. The shipping cost will not be shown at the time of pre-order. Please confirm the shipping cost when making payment.
• * Please make certain to follow through with the payment procedures within the timeframe noted in your email.

#6: Payment procedures completed

• * Once you have finished the procedures in #5, your purchase is completed.
• * After you finish the procedures in #5, you will receive a 'Order Confirmation' email.
• * Whether you chose to pay via Credit Card or PayPal, you will be sent a confirmation of payment in early June.

#7: Item Delivery

• * Items are scheduled to be delivered in mid July.
• * Information regarding shipping of items will be posted on this page.

* Regarding Pre-Orders

• * Only one pre-order per each user account is possible, regardless of what items are pre-ordered.
• * If you make a mistake with the items in your pre-order, please contact the Website Service Center.

* Regarding Changes to Pre-Order Details

• * For Pre-Order, changes and cancellations are possible until April 26(Japan Time).
• * Requests to change order details will be processed by our Service Center.
• * Please note in advance that if you wish to make a sizable change to your order, we may have to cancel your order and ask you to follow the procedures to place a new order.
• * Once the final date(April 26) for accepting changes has passed, we cannot accept any further changes or cancellations to pre-order details.

*Regarding Cancellation

• * For Pre-Order, changes and cancellations are possible until April 26(Japan Time).
• * Once the final date for accepting cancellations has been decided, we will post information on this page.
• * If you wish to cancel your order, please make absolutely certain to contact our Service Center and let us know. Please be careful not to ignore your pre-order information.
• * If you cancel your order, you can place a new pre-order if the pre-order period is still open. However please be aware that whether you receive the pre-order bonus will depend on the time period that you place your new pre-order.
• * Once the final date(April 26) for cancellation has passed, we cannot accept any further changes or cancellations to pre-order details.
• * After the cancellation period, we will not accept any further requests for cancellation.
• * Please be aware that after the cancellation period, if you do not follow through with completing your purchase, we may suspend your user account or take other measures.
