Guide of My VOLKS | Using "My Volks" | Registration of the new WEB user
My VOLKS??WEB????????????????????????!
With My Volks, you can edit a page for yourself and give priority to viewing the newest information about the categories that you are interested in. You can use Customer Service to display information that is not usually shown on the regular index page, information about the most popular/strongly recommended merchandise, and information about nearby shops.

You can also register your own webpage address on My Volks and join in theVolks Web Links. If you wish, you can use My Volks to advertise your own webpage.


To use My Volks, you must register as a Web User. The following items are necessary for registration.

  • Web user account (your arbitrary code)
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Nickname

When your registration is completed, a password required for logging in will be emailed to your designated email address. (?The screen is in the development stage)

It logs it in on the attestation screen clicking "My VOLKS is used" in the WEB site (user authentication). Please input customer's WEB user account and password. ?(* The screen is the one of the development phase. )?

Your personal page will be displayed.

Initially, the webpage contents are the same as the Volks Website homepage. By selecting "My Volks Customization", you can adjust it to a page with your preferences concerning categories of merchandise and more.

The following customizing function can be used in My VOLKS.

*Editing My Category:
Choose the information you would like to display as a clickable button. The button will take you to the corresponding merchandise page.

*Setting My Image:
You can choose your favorite image and display it on My Volks.

*Registering My Homepage:
If you have a web site and register it here, you can participate in a list of merchandise category links.
